WebCube's innovative subscription talent model offers recruitment services on demand, and allows us to take care of all of your hiring, candidate and talent marketing needs through a simple monthly subscription without unexpected costs.

Our subscription plans are designed to offer maximum flexibility, and as your hiring needs evolve, so will we.
Our scale-up subscription offers the perfect solution to studios making their first hires, or beginning to scale with up to 2 candidate placements per quarter alongside end-to-end talent management, talent marketing strategy and hiring planning. We encourage sustainable hiring practices and educate our clients on best practice, laying strong foundations for future growth and strong employer brand.
No Hidden Fees.
Our indie subscription is inclusive of 2 placements per quarter. If you hire beyond this rate, we charge a flat 15% fee per placement. For larger hiring projects, bespoke plans can be arranged.

We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver a best-in-class service. That's why you won't start paying for our services until we have made our first placement with your studio.
All services are enrolled in a minimum 3 month term, and billed monthly. If we fail to make a placement, no charges apply.
